The Project
The contrast of colors from the creamy Portuguese limestone deck to the vibrant blue of the pool beckons one to swim all year long in this dazzling swim space. The inviting hue of the blue water is a combination of blue and white 1×1 ceramic tile finish with a stunning mosaic flower pattern to mark the deep end. Tiled in a matching blue and white tile to the swimming pool, the hot tub crowns the pool at one end creating a more modern feel.
Both the swimming pool and spa operate on the same equipment and are efficiently heated via a Heat Exchanger through the main house. The whirlpool is heated on demand and only when required which cuts down on dehumidification thus saving a fair amount of energy. For a more environmentally friendly impact, the customer opted for an Ozone Sanitation System and a Turbo Clean System.
