The Project
This incredibly beautiful property, also home to a herd of highly trained equine, has a long verdant expanse focused on all aspects of fitness and health. The epi center; a stunning vibrant blue lap pool.
As the heart of the outdoor living space, this exercise pool is the only pop of vibrant blue on the estate. But rather than being an overpowering focus, it is a calm and cool source of serenity. It is also the epitome of health and well being where you can take a leisure dip or a heart racing set of laps.
The custom blend of colour plaster in the exercise pool complements the landscape and blends perfectly to achieve a cohesive look. Its unique custom crafted shade of blue has a soothing effect that invites one to swim all year long.
Outdoor living is at its finest on this luxurious property. After a vigorous swim one can grab a quick shower in the adjacent fully furnished washrooms and then head to the eating area. In any weather, the outdoor kitchen is open for tasting delights. It features a modern barbecue, smoke pit and pizza oven with all the amenities a kitchen needs including a sink and fridge. There are herbs and an abundant edible garden close by featuring a series of blueberry bushes that separates the pool from the gardens. A quaint eating area overlooks the calm infinity pool, where many a late-night gathering has been held.
Surrounded by tall trees, winding gravel paths and strategically placed shrubs, this incredible estate is the perfect retreat for focused well being. Comfy outdoor couches and lounge chairs offer a place to admire the peaceful water as it flows over the infinity edge. The cushions have a French countryside feel with their white and blue flower pattern, complementing the neutral and calm palette of the outdoor space. To further enhance the calm environment and promote mental health, bushes of lavender are seen attracting the welcome bees.
On the other side of the pool, sits the black tiled infinity wall. From the upper patio, it serves as a calming water feature and a gorgeous work of art when viewed while on the lower field. The contrast of the rich black tile against the warmer tones of the shrubbery, reeds and stones is both eye catching and breathtaking.
In this time where mental health is a focus for many, having a space that promotes well being from every angle and all corners is so important and vital. This waterscape does just that and more. It is also aesthetically beautiful, warm and welcoming.
