Luxury living can be seen at its best in this stately property that boasts a sprawling lawn complete with majestic water feature while a luxurious swimming pool & whirlpool combo is hidden in the backyard.

This luxurious outdoor swimming pool features a raised whirlpool with a 360° perimeter overflow and an impressive water wall at its base.

The flood edge design in the pool creates a level deck giving the overall impression of a majestic runway.

All waterscapes are finished with a stunning 4” x 8” glass tile in a subtle grey/blue finish; a pop of color that beckons one to swim.

To protect this jewel all year long a custom designed automatic cover was included. Of note, the pool & whirlpool are on a shared circulation system.

In the midst of this vast front entry sits an impressive water feature. It is situated perfectly to connect the terraced lawn below with the grand entrance above.

A bed of sleek black rocks lines the water feature drawing the eye to this focal point. A touch of elegance is added with the gorgeous mustang slate tile which complements the architectural design of the home.

Further along the side of the house a mini version of this same water feature can be found. The reflection of the surrounding landscape appears on the surface of the water creating the most exquisite living painting.
